Inline with the Office of Fair Trading, We undertake to deal with any complaints speedily and sympathetically. Conditions of Sale
Any winches that are not required should be returned in their original condition within 14 days and we will refund you the cost of the winches in full. Until you return the winches, you should keep them in safe custody. There is a charge of 10% of the value of goods for postage and packing for the delivery of goods. This charge remains the same whatever the size of your order. All prices are cash prices inclusive of VAT at the rates applying at the time of printing. After printing, prices may have to be altered, due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. an increase in VAT, in which case the new price will be shown on the delivery note. When goods are in our warehouse and are in stock we seek to deliver within 28 days of approving your order. We will otherwise give you an indication of likely delivery. In some circumstances, if an article is unavailable, we might send a selected alternative. If it is not suitable then you can return it at no cost to you. We reserves the right to accept in part or in full, or decline any order or request for credit placed in respect of the website.
Credit limits will be set at our discretion. Any acceptance, whether in part or in full, is subject always to the continued satisfactory performance by you of any current credit agreement with us Credit is not available to those under 18 years of age. Written quotations are available upon request.
Should you fail at any time to keep your account up to date and in accordance with the terms and conditions of trading, we reserve the right to charge for our costs which will not exceed £15.00 per event in respect of any of the following events; despatch of any reminder letter or other communication, - refer to drawer - cheques or other failure to honour any method of payment or to transfer your account to a debt collection department or agency. We also reserve the right to demand at any time full payment of the whole outstanding balance in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions of trading occuring in the conduct of your account.

Data Protection Act 1998
We are reserve the right to hold personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998. We search the files of credit reference agencies who record the search and share information about you and the conduct of your account with them, other lenders and relevant third parties. We check everyone's details with fraud prevention agencies and if anyone gives us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we record this. We and other organisations use such records to make decisions about credit and all types of insurance proposals and claims for you, members of your household and those with who you are financially linked, to prove identity, for money laundering prevention and fraud prevention. We may also use your information, including shopping habits, to open and run your credit account, including payment recovery, debtor tracing and for our marketing. .
Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000
The above regulations entitle all customers to a 7 day approval period in which a customer can cancel and return their order.
