Where is my order?
If all the items on your order are in stock, we normally deliver within 2 to 3 working days in mainland UK. However there may occasionally be a small delay. Please allow at least 4 working days for delivery before contacting us.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 to 3 days for mainland UK. On occasion, there may be a small delay. If you include your email address when you place your order, you will receive a despatch confirmation email when your goods are ready to be delivered. If, after 5 days, your parcel has not arrived, please contact us for a delivery update.
Why charge me for Post & Packing?
It is common for some companies, who do not charge post and packing, to inflate the price of their products to cover this cost. Post and packing is always 10% of the value of goods whether you order a pair of shoes or 100!
How do I exchange an item?
If you have ordered an item and wish to exchange it for another, simply email us, between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week and we'll order the new item for you. Please have with you the details of the item you wish to return and the item you wish to exchange it for, before you call. You will not be charged Post and Packing on exchange items.

You have 7 days free home approval on any item you order, and if you wish to return an item for whatever reason, you can do so free of charge. Post and packing is free on all exchange orders and on additional items that you order at the same time.
The easiest way to arrange a return is to contact your courier direct. You will find their telephone number on your delivery advice note or on the outside of your parcel.
Email us to arrange a return from 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week.
Once we have received your returned goods, your statement will be adjusted accordingly. Where you have already paid for your goods we will either credit your account or if you paid by credit/debit card we will refund to your card.
